For behold, the Lord cometh out of his place, and will come [a]down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

And the mountains shall melt under him (so shall the valleys cleave) as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured downward.

For the wickedness of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel: what is the wickedness of Jacob? Is not [b]Samaria? and which are the high [c]places of Judah? Is not Jerusalem?
